Description
Gentle pelvic care requires a simple yet potent plant blend, ancient self-care tools, and some beautiful time to decompress and and absorb the help from the plants. This blend is for settling the nervous and reproductive system while healing all soft tissues of the pelvis. This can be for simply maintaining wellness, but is also delicate and deeply healing for after birth care, invasive surgical procedures and the chronically held trauma the body is simply looking to process and release.
Usually within a few days it is fine to start but please consult your doctor or midwife before starting sitz or steams post-birth or surgical treatments.
INSTRUCTIONS
Measure a "nice handful" per 1/2- 1 gallon of water. Steep for sitz bath 1 hour or slow simmer on a hot plate for yoni steam setup. Extra can be enjoyed strained into a bath or poured over your body and hair while standing in the shower. Air dry and enjoy deep rest or sleep afterwards.
