Herbal Consultation
Let's get crystal clear in support of your health.
We meet via phone, skype/facetime, or in-person to review your health history, current medical plan and medication regimen. Dietary or lifestyle practices are addressed along with enhancements to achieve the most from the many modalities that you may be currently utilizing and to safely eliminate what may not be working for you.
As an RN, I'm able and happy to discuss your plan of care with your primary care practitioner or doctor in order to coordinate care on your behalf for an additional fee of $100/hour charged $25/15min increments as needed. You'll need to inform your doctor of this and sign appropriate privacy papers to allow such conversations that are in accordance with HIPAA.
What I will NOT do:
-Suggest that you stop taking a medication without first consulting your doctor.
-Suggest herbal treatment for a condition in which safer, more efficient pharmaceutical, medical management, or surgical treatment is available or safest for the situation. It's all very much dependent on the situation you're in.
-Diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any disease.

What I WILL do:
- Utilize my skills as a Critical Care Nurse and Clinical Herbalist to offer ways in which to support your body in its response to diseases and conditions and in the promotion of health. I can and will make dietary supplement recommendations in the form of herbal remedies to support your health goals.
- Review labs, scans, and test results that seem appropriate for your goals and suggest more tests from your doctor if this seems necessary.
- Provide you with clear, simple herbal supplement suggestions, preparation instructions, and frequency of herbal remedy intake. A comprehensive plan will emerge and then we course correct as needed on your journey.
- Provide a 90 minute initial consultation and a 15 minute follow-up call within 1 month or depending on your needs.
- Provide follow-ups thereafter as needed at a fee of $55/30m session. This includes your bringing your shifting and changing circumstances with your health.
- We make your appointment via email, text, or phone call in the following week after purchase. Appointments may be booked out 2-3 weeks at times but I will push things forward for more acute situations.
Here's a few things to think about and to bring to our session, some of which are covered in the Pre-Session Intake Form:
- What health issue or condition are you working on?
- What supportive therapies, lifestyle, and dietary changes have you tried? What has helped, or not?
- What herbal, vitamin, or other supplements are you currently taking?
- What modern medicine prescriptions are you taking or have taken related to this health issue?
- What other health conditions have you walked with or are still walking with and are in treatment for?
- Where is your humility, trust, and patience in this journey?
- What is your surgical story? Addiction story? Dietary story? Sleep story?
- What is your self-care skill set today? What's working? What's not?
- Are you curious about or know where the root of this condition lies?
Integrative Health Consults - 90 minute Initial Session $165; follow-ups $55 per session there after.
Available through in-person (best), telephone, or skype/facetime. Please know that this is an initial consult session. Beginning together takes time as we get to know the circumstances and back story of who you are and what conditions are shaping your life. Once we've established ourselves, all other consults are considered follow-ups at a fee $55 per session through my "Ask an Herbalist-RN Questions" service regardless of whether new conditions arrive.
Privacy Statement: Record keeping is for you and I only and are handwritten when necessary and available to you for reviewing at all times. These are never electronically stored anywhere. Privacy release forms will need to be signed by you along with HCP - Health Care Proxy Form copies submitted if you wish for any designated health care proxy to have access.
