There are a few species of trees globally that bleed a red resin when the bark is cut. It's quite a sight to see a tree bleed red resin. We hold a great reverence for this tree that has to be slashed to harvest the medicine. Reverence is strong among the original peoples of the land where these trees are native and there is a long history of therapeutic relations between these trees and their original people.
All the different species are grouped into "Dragon's Blood" on the open market and we source ours from Peru for its medicinal food-grade high quality. Not all dragon's blood resins or powders are safe to ingest due to adulterations in the incense world. Use caution before making your own and source well.
Contains All Organic Peruvian Croton lechleri Dragon's Blood tree resin, 95% organic non-gmo cane based alcohol.
Suggested Uses: 1-2 drops per day in water, and no more than this daily. Use externally as a liniment for stubborn skin conditions or closed-skin swellings, or diluted in a wound wash.
