Description

This delicious brew will support seasonal shifts and chase sniffles, plus encourage rest and ease the moods that can fly a bit frantic for some of us as winter arrives. Sips will also support and embrace those who find peace with the change of seasons.
All organic small batch hand-blended brew of Nettles leaf (Urtica dioica), Elderberry (Sambucus canadensis or S. nigra), Rose (Rosa gallica or officinalis), Rose hips (Rosa gallica or officinalis), Oatstraw or milky oats (Avena sativa), Ginger root (Zingiber officinale), Yarrow leaf and flower (Achillea millefolium), Clove (Syzygium aromaticum)
.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. To brew a cup of tea, add 2 tablespoons of the tea blend per quart of water brought just to a boil.
2. Cover and let steep for 10-20 minutes. When making a larger amount, drink at 10m, then more at the hour, or even 4 hour mark and see how the brew changes in taste. All are good for us, just different and more potent as it sits.
5. Use a tea strainer to strain into mugs, sweeten with honey or maple syrup plus a slice of citrus, apple or pear, if desired, and enjoy!
This is delicious. Adding a slice of fresh orange is my favorite these days!
3.5oz will make a roughly gallon of tea depending on how strong you like it.
