About: The white umbels of Boneset flowers appear in the late summer as they rise at the edges of local wetlands and many moist ditches by the roadsides. Some years there appears to be an overabundance of this marvelous plant, which makes us wonder at the sort of winter to expect as it is excellent for warding off viral invasions. The bitter, cooling properties of this herb support easing many common winter conditions, the nonspecific immune system, and the muscular and skeletal system.
Recommended Dosage: 10-30 drops or 1/8-1/4 tsp, 3 times per day in juice or water for no more than 3-4 weeks at a time. *Please note our recommended dosage may differ from other sources.
