About Valerian Tincture: The aromatic flower attracts all varieties of pollinators, including butterflies. When to reach for it: During the day in small amounts - the micro-dose works (1-3 drops) to help soothe, calm, and support focus. In the evening, either before bed, or keeping the bottle by your bed for support during the night. Pre-menstrually and at onset of menses for supporting ease and flow. About 30 minutes before meals take a few drops to support digestion when nervousness or over-excitement are present. Works for children and adults.

Suggested Use: Add 10-20 drops (.5-1ml) to 1 ounce of water 2-3 times/day or as suggested by your healthcare provider.
