I've been making a Violet, Yarrow, and Rosemary Infused Castor oil for honoring ‘core treatments’ that help our vital and reproductive organs.
It’s about deep pelvic abdominal care. Anytime.
Use 1-2 TB massaged to the abdomen gently and covered with a piece of cotton flannel and a heating pad or hot water bottle.
Rest 30 minutes. (repeat after me ... smile) Rest for 30 minutes. Deeply.
Castor oil can be used alone and by it's very nature penetrates into our deepest tissues and organs and relaxes not only the tissues with increasing circulation and blood flow but also moves the stories held there that hold us back and stunt our creative output with life.
It's so simple and such a pleasurable 30 minutes when called intuitive, or once a month with the Moon, or more if needed.
You can do these daily if working with pelvic conditions that need more intensive treatments.
